The plan of steps are following: • At first, there is a need of identifying the need of hiring new employee. • Making a potential job description for posting it on various medium. Social media, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram are best for finding the candidates. • After that there is a perfect need of arranging an interview. In the interview, the talent of the candidates will be evaluated before offering the job.
